Large enterprises can be reluctant to work with smaller companies due to concerns about scalability and support. Sun Microsystems realized there is an opportunity here - Sun can supply a uniquely scalable cloud infrastructure that meets enterprise demand for support and reliability at a price-point that won't break the bank for startups.
