This weekend I was in New York before this weeks SYS-CON iPhone Developer Summit and I happened to look into the Apple Store on 5th Ave. Not surprising to me, the line for the Apple iPhone 3G S was LONG, I'm guessing nearly 2 hrs for you to get to the front.
I believe from other reports on the web, that this weekend was a bumper weekend for the iPhone 3G S with at least 1 Million Units in the hands of the faithfull.

Folks in NYC, were excited and very patient. I can tell you I saw many happy faces leaving with their devices, in fact so many that I think that to be in the Big Apple this week you needed to have an Apple iPhone 3G S!
Even the damp weather could not damped their high spirits!
Next for the SYS-CON iPhone Developer Summit
