(OTC Bulletin Board: SPMI - News), a leading vehicle emissions testing and safety inspections company with stores in Atlanta, Houston, St. Louis and Salt Lake City, today stated that it has begun a pilot program of repairing customers' vehicles that do not pass the emission test.  The program will be tested in all four cities with one store in each market being set-up for this pilot.

"This concept of emission repair is something that we've been reviewing for quite some time," said Rich Parlontieri, President/CEO of Speedemissions.  "Offering emission repair services to our customers whose vehicles fail the EPA mandated test is, in today's busy lifestyle, a real convenience for them. Mr. Parlontieri continued, "As a means of growing this business unit, we also expect to send customers from our other stores which are located in a reasonable geographic proximity to the location that has been set up for the emission repair business.
