LEHI, Utah, Nov. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- MokiMobility, www.mokitouch.com, today announced new features leveraging iOS 6 and Apple Configurator to create the ultimate iPad kiosk. Now iPad kiosk deployments can take advantage of new iOS 6 features available through Configurator during deployment and MokiManage to remotely manage the iPad kiosks after deployment. New features include App Lock, which locks the iPad into running only one app, global HTTP proxy and additional app restrictions.
"The combination of Apple Configurator, MokiManage and MokiTouch is everything you need to make the most effective and interactive iPad kiosk possible," said Ty Allen, President of MokiMobility. "There is not a competitive alternative out there that can create a more secure and reliable iPad kiosk than the combination of Apple Configurator, MokiManage and MokiTouch."
Apple Configurator is a free application to enable administrators to efficiently prepare scaled deployments of iPads as kiosks. Users can prepare devices through Configurator, automatically installing the MokiManage MDM profile, and then remotely manage each device and kiosk in any browser using MokiManage.
