NEW YORK, Nov. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Watch, learn and eat at Fairway Market's 4th Annual Mitchel and Me Thanksgiving Refresher Course on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 in Fairway Cafe & Steakhouse (2127 Broadway at 74th Street) at 7 pm.
Mitchel London, Fairway Market's Chef de Cuisine, and Dan Glickberg, great grandson of Fairway Market's founder, will demonstrate the best and most delicious ways to prepare turkey, stuffing, gravy, cranberry relish, fresh apple pie and cookies. In addition to the cooking lessons, everyone in attendance will enjoy roast chicken with potatoes, carrots and baby peas and warm apple pie.
