InterMune lance avec succès ses opérations européennes et son nouveau médicament orphelin avec Veeva CRM et iRep basés sur le cloud

Lorsque la société de biotechnologie émergente InterMune a étendu ses activités en Europe, elle a cherché une solution de gestion de la relation client (CRM) fiable qui permettrait de lancer son médicament orphelin, Esbriet - le premier et unique traitement pouvant ralentir de façon prouvée la progression de la maladie chez les patients légèrement ou modérément atteints de fibrose pulmonaire idiopathique (FPI).

InterMune devait également déployer rapidement une nouvelle solution, de sorte que la société de biotechnologie recherchait une plateforme flexible, facile à mettre en œuvre et simple d'utilisation. Après avoir évalué trois fournisseurs de CRM, InterMune a sélectionné Veeva CRM sur le cloud, intégrant iRep - la seule application intégrée de CRM et de CLM (Closed Loop Marketing - Marketing en boucle fermée) dans  l'industrie à être conçue pour l'iPad d'Apple.

À ce jour, InterMune a déployé Veeva CRM et iRep pour ses utilisateurs en Allemagne, en France, en Scandinavie, au Benelux et en Autriche. L'année dernière,InterMune a également adopté Vault PromoMats, l'application de gestion de contenu sur le cloud de Veeva, pour la gestion internationale du contenu promotionnel.

Elles permettent en fin de compte aux équipes marketing et commerciales d'améliorer l'expérience client et d'élaborer une organisation plus centrée sur le client. Veeva iRep répond aux besoins de ses deux équipes - les représentants commerciaux disposent de reportings sur leurs visites, d'une vision sur les données  et d'outils de vente, le tout sur un seul appareil élégant, tandis que le service marketing peut produire un contenu plus riche et le transférer facilement pour une diffusion rapide sur le terrain.
