CoActiv (RSNA Booth # 7303) announces a sales representative relationship with JGR & Associates, LLC (Detroit). JGR will represent the comprehensive CoActiv product line throughout Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois and Western Pennsylvania. This new agreement complements the CoActiv nationwide reseller network completed during the past year.
“Based on JGR leadership’s 20-year relationships in the hospital, imaging and orthopedic arenas, CoActiv will gain a strong presence in this important geographic area with a new group of customers,” says Frank Baker, Vice President of Sales for CoActiv. “The JGR existing imaging modality business will provide an excellent opportunity to cross-sell product offerings and to create turn-key modality/PACS solutions for specialty practices such as orthopedists.”
JGR & Associates represents a broad line of medical imaging modalities, including DR, MRI and CT and draws on the strong background of vice president Brent Roebke, who earlier held sales and management positions at a range of leading medical imaging vendors. Based on his extensive accomplishments and his more recent JGR experience, he will bring a deep background in radiology sales to the CoActiv line.
“With its advanced features and reasonable price point, CoActiv provides a unique opportunity for small hospitals and specialty practices to leverage the benefits of today’s breakthrough PACS technology,” says Roebke. “The CoActiv team is committed to the success of every client and will customize an installation to meet each practice’s needs. We are extremely proud to represent the CoActiv line and look forward to a long and successful relationship.”
CoActiv has a range of PACS solutions and purchase options that will meet the needs of JGR’s full range of customers. “We work with numerous small hospitals and imaging centers, as well as specialists beyond radiology who deliver a more limited volume of imaging services,” said Roebke. “CoActiv offers a solution for every need. The company’s reasonably priced cloud-based vendor neutral archiving (VNA) complements these offerings to create the maintenance-free, turnkey imaging solutions attractive to many of our customers.”
At the 2012 RSNA conference, CoActiv introduces new service and pricing options for this archiving system with more than nine years of proven superior performance. CoActiv offers EXAM-CLOUD® (formerly EXAM-VAULT®) with quad-redundant storage in four separate locations for secure primary archiving of DICOM and non-DICOM imaging related data. This year, it introduces EXAM-VAULT back up, similarly optimized for reliable, secure image storage with many of the same quality features as EXAM-CLOUD. At RSNA, CoActiv also debuts an enhanced zero-footprint web-based EXAM-BROWSER® with real-time, multi-user collaboration and 3D reconstruction on-the-fly.
