Insightly, the leading provider of customer relationship management (CRM) applications for small businesses, today announced the immediate availability of the free Insightly mobile app for iOS devices. The app is available today for free download from the iTunes App Store, so users can now access all their customer information on the go from an iPhone or iPad. The mobile CRM application follows the recent general availability of the Insightly web application and answers the requests of small business owners looking for mobile connectivity.
With the new application, Insightly mobile users can:
- Review, track and manage customers, contacts, opportunities, events and project status at any time;
- Add comments – including voice recordings and pictures – to any notes taken in the field when interacting with customers and partners;
- Use the “Call and Create Note” feature to automatically attach a note to the contact indicating that a call was made; and
- Assure that any changes to information in the iOS application are reflected in real time in the web version of Insightly, ensuring up to date and accurate information for all users.
