Hemos incrementado nuestra cobertura global en un 16% incluyendo la cobertura total de EE.UU., Canadá y Brasil.

Munich, 10 deciembre 2012 El proveedor de servicios móviles de interacción tyntec (www.tyntec.com) ha anunciado hoy que ha aumentado en un 16% la cobertura de su red global a 750 redes móviles en todo el mundo. El acceso a servicios en Asia, Norteamérica, Sudamérica y Europa, incluyendo una cobertura total en EE.UU, Canadá, Brasil y otros países, permitirá a los clientes de tyntec enviar mensajes de texto a más regiones, con una mayor seguridad. Esta red de cobertura, disponible de inmediato, es una red de última generación, con los que tyntec se convierte en uno de los pocos proveedores de SMS a nivel global que dota a sus servicios de una mayor cobertura internacional.

Adicional al incremento de cobertura geográfica de sus servicios, tyntec amplia su oferta a los clientes, garantizando, en base a su sistema de envío de SMS redundante, un incremento en la confiabilidad de entrega y una gama de precios más flexible. Además, tyntec dispone de una estructura técnica propietaria, que le permite ofrecen un servicio de mensajería instantánea de alta calidad con sus redes escalables de nueva generación. El incremento de demanda internacional a gran escala para la entrega de mensajes proveniente de la industria de internet y la extensión de los servicios basados en el envío de correos electrónicos y mensajes de texto de las redes sociales en los mercados emergentes han sido los principales factores que han propiciado el incremento de la cobertura. Facebook por ejemplo utiliza los mensajes de texto para su expansión en los países en desarrollo y Twitter permite a sus usuarios enviar sus mensajes o tweets por medio de mensajes de texto.

El mercado de las A2P de mensajería (mensajes enviados desde aplicaciones y hacia móviles) está creciendo con mucha rapidez; en base a las investigaciones de empresas de análisis de datos como ABI Research, que estima que las redes y los portales sociales van a generar en 2015 un volumen de 314 mil millones de mensajes de texto, y de la compañía Mobile Marketing Watch que prevé que en 2016 los mensajes generados por las aplicaciones A2P superen a los mensajes enviados de persona a persona. En el ámbito de las aplicaciones A2P hay una amplia variedad de usos generados por la demanda que abarcan desde las funciones de calendario y los recordatorios de cumpleaños hasta las actualizaciones de las redes sociales y los cupones.

Estas aplicaciones, además, están despertando en el mercado el vigoroso potencial de la mensajería instantánea y los mensajes de texto. En el libro blanco de MobileGroove de más reciente publicación se puede leer una exposición sobre el actual incremento del uso de los servicios de mensajería y la apertura de nuevos canales de comercialización en el mercado de las aplicaciones. En un mercado en el que cada día se lanzan aproximadamente unas 15.000 aplicaciones para las plataformas Apple, Android, Blackberry y Windows, los técnicos y los especialistas de marketing que desarrollan los servicios de mensajería utilizan cada vez más estas aplicaciones en los ámbitos de descargas y fidelización de clientes.
