Headset Development- The Company is developing a state of the art EEG headset designed to operate as a brain-computer-interface device. The EEG headset is being developed with a focus on being user-friendly, using dry sensors and designed in a way to be virtually unnoticed when worn. The Company must complete the software operating system for the device prior to launching the product, which is expected to be released in 2013.

Mobile Applications- The Company will begin developing mobile applications for smart phones, which are compatible with the state of the art EEG headset being developed. These applications plan to be based on the Google DROID platform, which is an open architecture system, as well as for the iPhone. In addition to The Company's brilliant team of software developers, applications will be produced by outside developers as well. These thought controlled applications will be submitted through The Company's planned APP store for review and sold to the public on a revenue share basis, much like Apple does for their iPhone.  Mind Solutions is moving forward on several more fronts and will continue to update the shareholders as progress is made.
