The ever-changing technology landscape just got a whole lot bigger thanks to the introduction of 4K Ultra High-Definition televisions. The display on these giant-screen TVs are more than eight million pixels of resolution - four times the resolution of today’s conventional high-definition televisions! This makes for an incredibly immersive viewing experience with an outstanding new level of picture quality you have to see to believe.
Chicago area customers looking to witness an image unlike anything else out there will be pleased to learn Abt Electronics, one of the nation’s largest independent retailers and leading nationwide presence through its e-commerce site Abt.com, is an exclusive carrier of these next generation televisions. “We are very excited to be one of the elite group of retailers lucky enough to carry the 4K Ultra HD TVs” said Abt’s co-president Jon Abt. “Consumers are always looking for the next new way to upgrade their television viewing experience and will be blown away when they see the display of these TVs.”
As a way to introduce these new TVs to the public, Sony and LG have both scheduled events at Abt where they will proudly unveil their 4K Ultra HD TVs. On December 20th from 12 p.m. – 8 p.m., attend Sony’s event where they will have their new 84” 4K television on display for the public and have brand experts on hand to explain more about this cutting-edge technology. Attendees will also have a chance to win Sony products such as a 46” HDTV, headphones and more. LG will also reveal their 4K television at Abt later this month with a public event happening in January 2013.
