STEVENS POINT, WI -- (Marketwire) -- 12/17/12 -- MyAssist, a leading live-agent personal assistance and concierge service for individuals and companies, today announced that the MyAssist application now includes push messaging capabilities. Users can instantly view PDF documents, HTML pages and videos that have been delivered to their mobile device. This new capability gives users a seamless communications experience and saves them time while on-the-go.
"We are continually merging technology and service together to help simplify people's lives," said John Noel, CEO of MyAssist. "This new push messaging capability is an example of how we are investing in new technology to provide the best service possible to our customers."
MyAssist push messaging gives users immediate access to digital content without having to check email and open up an attachment, which can be troublesome -- depending on the format of the content and network connection. Users can also open MyAssist provided Points of Interest (POI) within the mobile device's native mapping application.
Push messaging is available to individuals who use the MyAssist iPhone, Android, or Windows app and companies that integrate the MyAssist service. MyAssist partners can deliver push messaging as part of the MyAssist service within their own mobile app. Push notifications can be customized and branded to fit the partner's business.
Users can call or email their personal assistance requests to MyAssist agents anytime, from anywhere around the world. All inquiries are serviced by MyAssist's U.S. based call centers, one of the world's finest concierge, emergency travel and medical assistance infrastructures.
MyAssist live personal assistance services include:
- Expert Travel Information & Research
- Event Information & Ticketing
