CHICAGO, Dec. 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Not sure what your significant other wants? The Lovendar app for iPhone has the ambitious goal of taking the guesswork out of loving relationships worldwide. The launch arrives just in time to avoid holiday gifting disasters, and promises ideal 2013 New Year's and Valentine's Day celebrations. Lovendar is available on iTunes.

"We always mean to do loving things for each other, but don't always know exactly what the other person wants, we simply forget, or are afraid to ask," says Lovendar founder Ellona Ferson. Instead of creating an endless timeline like Pair, Facebook or Path, the Lovendar app is a paired communication tool that enables partners to privately create and prioritize buckets they populate with ideas, gifts, photos and wishes they want their partner to follow through with. Its fun to use, and works in most languages.
Recently engaged Chicagoan and Lovendar user Jenny Vyas explains, "Let's say you're in a serious relationship, but you work all the time and you're clueless about what your partner wants to do this week. I've been there! My fiancé and I used Googledocs, email, texting, Pinterest, Facebook, and everything else we can find to share things we want to do or buy. But Lovendar enables us to do what we need privately, and better. Now it's like he can read my mind."
The first generation Lovendar app includes customization options, geo-location, reminders, and push notifications. "Understanding relationships in the world of tech and lifestyle has been Lovendar's core competency for several years," continues Ellona. "We're entering the mobile market as a trusted relationship expert. We help relationships grow and flourish from the experience we bring."
The Lovendar app responds to users' needs for privacy. "We've been in this space for a few years now, and are thrilled to give committed couples their own private network to create meaningful experiences, desires and understanding," says Ellona.
