ICR, one of the largest independent financial communications firms in North America, today announced it will host a Corporate Governance & Shareholder Activism panel at the 15th Annual ICR XChange, taking place January 15-17, 2013 at The Fontainebleau in Miami Beach, FL. The panel will be held at 12:20 p.m. ET on Wednesday, January 16.
