LAS VEGAS, Jan. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- HEX, award-winning fashionable techcessories brand, today announced the debut of its Axis Folio for iPad mini, and two new hard shell laptop cases at CES 2013 (Jan. 8-11). Featuring HEX's signature textiles, each new accessory offers a blend of thoughtful design and street wear sophistication that make an unmistakable style statement. CES attendees can check out the new lineup of HEX products, including a sneak peek at to-be-announced spring and summer collections, in the North Hall of the LVCC at booth #6422.
Proving that good things come in small packages, the Axis Folio for iPad mini ($69.95) is the ideal fusion of modern functionality and rich fabrics. The Axis Folio's slim design, flap pocket and built-in card slots allow users to get the most out of their mini case by removing the need for bulky wallets or money clips. Multiple viewing angles and a camera hole means users can capture and view what inspires the most with without having to press pause on their style. The Axis Folio for iPad mini is available in Torino black leather, Torino red leather, grey waxed denim with black coasted canvas trim, or charcoal with ivory pinstripe and tan faux leather trim. The HEX Axis Folio for the full size iPad ($79.95) is also available in the same fabrics.
In addition to tablet accessories, HEX is also unveiling a hard shell case for MacBook. In an innovative step, its designers combined premium waxed denim and canvas to a custom molded polycarbonate to bring texture and new appeal to laptop cases. The hard shell MacBook cases ($59.95) are available in grey waxed denim, or blue, red and ivory cabana striped canvas.
"We want to provide consumers with products that are an extension of their personal style and reflect the fashion industry's increased adoption of the tech world," says Dan Maravilla, co-founder, HEX. "CES is the ideal platform to unveil these products and demonstrate how HEX products eliminate the need to choose between function and fashion when it comes to carrying the devices that help keep us connected."
The Axis Folio for iPad mini and hard shell cases for MacBook will be available beginning in February.
