TRAVERSE CITY, Mich., Jan. 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Mobile-shopping app Ozmott has announced an addition to their Marketing Department, Public Relations Consultant Jeff Barrett.
Barrett is the CEO of Status Creative, a proactive Grand Rapids based PR firm specializing in creative digital content. In 2012, PR Newswire named him an Earnie winner for Best Use Of Video in Social Media. "Jeff's creative abilities have stood out to me this past year, so I am thrilled to work with him on the growth of our application," says Kristin Fehrman, Director of Marketing. "Not only is his work fun, his professionalism and community connections will be a strong asset to our team," Fehrman adds.
Barrett has strong Michigan roots having worked on several projects for the state. Most notably, his work includes The Grand Rapids Lip Dub and Pure Michigan Statewide Singalong with Chrysler. Both videos generated international attention and millions of views. He is the Second Vice President of the Social Media Association of Michigan and engages people with his popular Twitter account @BarrettAll.
