The new updated "one-click" automated Installer will allow EccoPro to launch location and weather maps to business and home addresses. Additionally, users are now able to access the Help menu in Microsoft Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8. You actually execute a program patch "eccoext.exe" independently developed by Slang. A small EccoPro icon in the lower Taskbar is offering many new program options.

EccoPro users felt abandoned when the original development stopped in 1997. They decided to continue the development of their beloved software in User Groups at Yahoo. There are still about 7000 users world wide.
