Webalo, Inc. today announced that it has partnered with AppExtremes, makers of Conga Suite, the most popular set of document creation and reporting solutions for Salesforce®, to provide a turnkey, rapidly deployable, cost-effective way for Salesforce users to access their report data on any smartphone or tablet and view it in a format optimized for mobile devices.
Webalo will build on the Conga Suite’s wide range of reporting and document generation tools to provide users with on-demand mobile access to customized reports. Taking Conga Courier’s auto-generated emails with CSV attachments Webalo transforms the attachments’ content to make it easy to read and navigate on smartphones and tablets; delivers up-to-the-minute, mobile-friendly information to users automatically; and eliminates the need for endless emails with large attachments that are difficult to use on the smaller screens of Android, Apple, BlackBerry, or Windows mobile devices.
The partnership offers unique benefits.
- Mobile access to the most current reports.
- Easily readable and accessible report content optimized for smartphones and tablets.
- The ability to share report data with non-Salesforce users who use Webalo.
- Automatic generation and scheduling of email updates of reports to Webalo for mobile distribution.
- The security of data delivered with Webalo’s encrypted transmission.
“This partnership underscores our strong commitment to effectively mobilize key elements of our popular Conga Suite of solutions,” said Mark Whiteside, AppExtremes COO. "It is critical that organizations today have a platform in place to give employees the flexibility to access information when and where it’s needed. We are excited to partner with Webalo to bring this valuable capability to market.”
“Mobility has matured to the point where information that was previously accessible only on a laptop or desktop computer is now viewed more frequently on a mobile device,” said Webalo CEO, Peter Price. “We are extremely pleased that our partnership with AppExtremes will make it possible to leverage their proven document generation solutions and transform data so that mobile users can easily access and interact with real-time Salesforce data on their smartphones and tablets.”
