Alex’s Dry Cleaning Valet, a couture dry cleaning service specializing in designer brands, has announced the launch of its new smart phone App for iPhone/iPad. With its new free App, Alex’s clients can schedule their dry cleaning pickup and delivery, update their account, share the service with their friends, send messages and instructions to customer service and much more using their iPhone or iPad. Alex’s App for Android phones coming out soon.
“Our clients are discriminating in every way and expectations are always evolving, and we are honored they have chosen us as their service provider. We don’t take this honor lightly. Every day we aim to bring the best of the best to our clients. The App increases convenience by making life easier for clients with busy schedules, but it maintains the personal touch that clients demand,” said Alex Najafi, founder and CEO of Alex’s Dry Cleaning Valet.
Alex’s Dry Cleaning Valet serves exclusive neighborhoods in San Francisco, Marin, Peninsula, Palo Alto, East Bay, and is recommended by some of the most elite fashion purveyors in the region, including Wilkes Bashford Flagship Store in San Francisco, and Wilkes Bashford in Palo Alto, Stanford Shopping Center, and Gene Hiller in Sausalito. Its services are frequented by a “Who’s Who” of the Bay Area’s most fashionable celebrities and socialites. Exclusive residences such as Four Seasons, St. Regis and The Ritz-Carlton in San Francisco rely on Alex’s Dry Cleaning Valet to take meticulous care of their resident’s garments.
Alex’s Dry Cleaning Valet has long been a forerunner among Bay Area Top Dry Cleaners. Since Mr. Najafi started the service in San Rafael in 1984, Alex’s Dry Cleaning Valet has lead the competition in providing same day service in Marin County and next day service in San Francisco, along with online ordering. Alex’s Dry Cleaning Valet also uses the latest, most environmentally friendly technology in the business and offers free reusable garment bags to clients who no longer wish to use the traditional, disposable plastic bags for their dry cleaning.
Unlike most other dry cleaners, which operate storefront locations, Alex’s Dry Cleaning Valet focuses almost exclusively on valet service. Customers can order free pick-up and delivery online or by using the new Alex’s App and have their everyday or special occasion garments picked up, cleaned and delivered the same day in Marin or the next day in San Francisco. Alex’s Dry Cleaning Valet’s services include fine cleaning of designer, couture and vintage clothing; European finished shirt laundry, St. John and Knit blocking. Designer garments such as Chanel, Kiton, Burberry, Armani, Brioni, Prada, Dior, and many more should only be trusted to a Couture Dry Cleaner that understands the unique cleaning methods for each garment and is experienced in caring for designer garments.
Alex’s rigorous standards and two decades of experience is the reason clients trust them with their wardrobe.
