Evolve Media’s CraveOnline, the largest online male lifestyle publisher, launched today the first-ever 3D mobile cube. Engaging the social user, the cutting-edge unit will be hosted on the mobile site for CraveOnline Canada, and can also include a custom destination, complete with articles, videos, and photo galleries.
Sleek and interactive, the 3D mobile cube appears to float on users’ mobile screens and features six sides that allow users to “spin,” swipe, and turn the cube from left to right and up and down. Additionally, the unit can support multiple click-throughs, and includes a 320x50 banner that triggers the cube. Each side of the cube features content such as, video, images, articles, a sweepstakes entry, links to social media channels, as well as a branded custom destination—also hosted by CraveOnline Canada.
“At CraveOnline Canada, we are proud to be the first to offer this one-of-a-kind mobile unit,” said Walder Amaya, Senior Vice President of Canadian and International Operations at Evolve Media. “We look forward to offering the 3D mobile cube to all of our brands and advertisers, as the most engaging mobile platform for the user on-the-go.”
