Magnetyze® Debuts Flip Case for Samsung Galaxy S4 Smartphone at Pepcom’s Digital Experience During 2014 CES

Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone users have extra protection against everyday hazards plus access to the magic of magnetic charging with today’s debut at Pepcom’s Digital Experience at International CES of a new flip cover from Magnetyze® by BuQu Tech.

Available in blue and white, the plush-lined Magnetyze protective flip cover for the Samsung Galaxy S4 provides full screen and phone protection without adding extra size. Like all Magnetyze protective smartphone cases, users can charge their phone at full speed directly through the case and magnetically attach to any Magnetyze charging base for fast charging anywhere. The new flip cover comes with a Magnetyze magnetic cable to charge their phone from any USB power supply.

BuQu Tech also announced the availability of a new protective case for the iPhone 5/5s in platinum color and revealed plans to offer a case for the new Apple iPhone 5c in the first half of 2014. The new protective cases join a growing family of products that enable iPhone and Android users to share power accessories.

“We are pleased to announce these additions to our fast-growing family of smartphone protective cases and charging accessories, which provide users with protection, power and ‘grab and go’ convenience,” said Jessie Revlin, Senior Director of Marketing at BuQu Tech. “We look forward to announcing additional cases and accessories throughout 2014.”

Magnetyze applies patent-pending magnetic technology to keep iPhone and Android smartphones powered and protected. The custom-designed Magnetyze case shields phones from everyday hazards and maintains access to camera and functional buttons. Magnets integrated into the lightweight case enable full-speed charging, and eliminate the potential for damage to the phone’s charge port that results from plugging in cables.

At Pepcom, the company is also demonstrating its new rechargeable Magnetyze® Mobile Battery , which attaches magnetically to any Magnetyze case and supplies up to eight hours of additional talk time. It can be easily recharged using any Magnetyze charger or the included micro USB cable. A four-light LED battery fuel gauge tells users how much power remains at a glance.

The new Mobile Battery also features a USB output port to charge additional mobile devices. At a compact 3.3 x 2.2 x 0.6 inches and weighing only .16 lbs., the Magnetyze Mobile Battery is designed to be the ideal travel companion, easily fitting into a pocket or purse.
