OROAREZZO, "The Great Beauty" in the Tradition of Italian Gold Jewelry

From 5 to 8 April 2014 Arezzo Fiere e Congressi in Tuscany hosts four days of business for gold made in Italy 

Arezzo is known throughout the world for its masterpieces, such as the frescoes by Piero della Francesca, but also for its traditional precious metal production, dating back to the ancient Etruscans. From 5 to 8 April 2014, the "City of Gold" will be hosting the 35th edition of OROAREZZO, the international show for jewelry, gold and silver.

The venue for this prestigious event is Arezzo Fiere e Congressi, the most important fair and congress center in Central Italy and for four days a business stage for 500 Italian companies, with visitors from over 80 other countries at an event where the limelight is on gold and jewelry made in Italy and made in Tuscany. OROAREZZO is a B2B show, a spring appointment that this year will benefit from around 280 top foreign buyers from main and emerging markets for products made in Italy.

On the outside this new structure looks like a gold ingot, inside it houses a section of "ORO D'AUTORE" featuring original creations by 28 stylists, artists and designers, including Gianni Versace, Giorgio Armani, Dolce e Gabbana, Giò Pomodoro, Ettore Sottsass and Dario Fo, produced by the same number of exhibiting gold jewelry companies. A project that will then take to the road in Italy and around the world.

To ensure that the gold jewelry events at Arezzo Fiere e Congressi continue to grow as business drivers, for twelve years now Arezzo Fiere e Congressi has organized, in collaboration with Toscana Promozione, the "OROAREZZO New York Trade Show" workshop. An important event for promoting gold and Tuscan jewelry on the American circuit, in 2013 it saw participation by twelve Tuscan gold jewelry companies and seventy buyers from New York, Miami and Los Angeles. Preparations are already underway for the new 2014 edition, which will be on stage in the Big Apple from 2 to 3 October this year.
