WAUKEGAN, Ill., Aug. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- With online sales growing at an estimated 15% per year and comprising approximately 6% of an overall $4.37 trillion retail sales program, what are brick-and-mortar stores doing to "enhance the shopping experience"?
