ISIS Lab & TelecomX Launch Mobile Gaming Application to MTN Group Limited, Africa's Largest Mobile Operator

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - August 18, 2014) - ISIS Lab Corporation (TSX VENTURE: LAB) (FRANKFURT: ISX) (Frankfurt WKN: A1XB97) (the "Company" or "ISIS") is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement with TelecomX ("TelecomX") to provide MTN Group Limited ("MTN"), Africa's largest mobile operator, with its mobile gaming application platform.

The Company has agreed to provide MTN, through TelecomX, its mobile gaming platform, ISIS Friends®, the world's first regulated social gaming community.

MTN currently operates through most of Africa and the Middle East and has approximately 215 million subscribers. 

The agreement provides for a variety of initiatives, including, but not limited to, the ISIS gaming platform being preloaded onto MTN's smart phones, which MTN estimates will be sold to over one million customers during 2014 in South Africa alone.

Initially, ISIS will launch its fully functional mobile proprietary Bingo game to MTN customers on a free play basis. Upon successful launch of this initial application, ISIS will introduce additional games to the MTN base, which hold a significant track record of success within the Facebook/ Apple and Android networks, generating revenues based on Freemium, in-Game ads and other non-gambling revenue models.

The agreement between TelecomX and ISIS is subject to the parties executing a definitive agreement and TSX-Venture Exchange approval.
